The check uses your camera and microphone, so it leaves this page and disconnects you from the studio while you check.

Before you go live

  • Use Chrome, Edge or Safari, and allow the camera and microphone when asked.
  • Wear headphones so the studio doesn't hear itself back.
  • Use a wired connection if you can, and close other video apps (Teams, Zoom).
  • Keep this page open for the whole session - the studio sees when you're connected.
  • Studio connection won't connect? A work network's firewall or a VPN is the usual cause: see connection troubleshooting.
