## Before you go live

- Use Chrome, Edge or Safari, and allow the camera and microphone when asked.
- Wear headphones so the studio doesn't hear itself back.
- Use a wired connection if you can, and close other video apps (Teams, Zoom).
- Keep this page open for the whole session - the studio sees when you're connected.
- Studio connection won't connect? A work network's firewall or a VPN is the usual cause: see [connection troubleshooting](https://presenteringest.com/device-check#troubleshooting).
